Didn’t give the antibiotics prescription on discharge and was asked to come collect it on the following day. On the next day (today), II was given the antibiotics for 2 days when in the paper it says to give for 4 days. I don’t even know to ask for more as the doctors don’t even know what they are giving the patients. Please create some antibiotics awareness to your staff! You cannot just have people doing something they cannot do.

I have several health issues and everyone I meet at the Homerton is exceptional. I just think we're so lucky to have this hospital and all the kind and knowledgeable staff that make it what it is and always smile. That it's free at the point of service is always a miracle to me. The NHS is such a blessing and we need to make sure it stays that way. The Homerton makes it possible for me to have a job and have a high quality of life, which is priceless.

This review is for the Fertility department. Reception staff can be quite fierce and also the admin side of appointment booking leaves a lot to be desired, eg nothing available, late notice changes, clinics running 45 mins late.

Good hospital. Only drawback is the lack of parking facility for such a good institution.

Everything was fantastic about the state of care I was given, the only thing that could improve is their staffing when it comes to confirming/rebooking appointments - I had issues early on due to having one staff member that could only complete my booking of surgery. Due to this, I was passed around like a yo-yo over the phone, however, once I had the surgery date everything was smooth sailing.

Coming from Bristol I was half expecting an East London hospital to be of a lower standard, but far from it. I was very well looked after and the staff are great, especially in the Physio/recovery department.

Received excellent care throughout the whole time I was in hospital. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and everyone was very kind and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend the Homerton to everyone.
